Pause & Plant
In collaboration with Nomad Flower Den, join us for a special evening of pausing, reflecting and blooming - all in Caroline’s beautiful flower shop.
Together we’ll explore beginner-friendly meditation and breathwork, inspired by self-growth and planting seeds of confidence. Journaling prompts provided by Radiant Universe will deepen reflection and inspire self-compassion. It will be an intimate, warming evening, immersed in the natural fragrance of fresh flowers.

In collaboration with Lucie from Radiant Universe, join us for a morning of reconnecting with your inner power and intuition - all in the stunning seaside setting of Karma Coast in Tynemouth.
Together we’ll explore gentle meditation & breathwork, centred on self-empowerment, intuition and trust. Guided journaling will deepen reflection and inspire confidence. Expect cosy vibes, a welcoming space and an optional sea dip at King Edward’s Bay for an energising finish.
