Together we’ll explore calming breathwork and meditation, shaped around your needs and intentions. Beginner friendly, accessible and inclusive, with plenty of options to suit you.

A completely personalised breathwork and meditation experience, guided by a short pre-session consultation form to help shape a session that truly supports you. This will explore your personal intentions, energy levels, mental, emotional and physical wellbeing alongside any adjustments or preferences. This helps make the session special and meaningful for you.
From there, I’ll hand-pick a supportive blend of breathwork and guided practices tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
Every practice is explained clearly, with its science-backed benefits, so you understand both the how and why.
There are plenty of accessible options to choose from and everything we do prioritises comfort, consent, autonomy and inclusivity.

It’s helpful to check your internet connection, camera and microphone are working and your device is charged or plugged in. This helps the session run smoothly and allows us to feel connected throughout.If you can, put phones or smartwatches to one side but no worries if life happens and this isn't possible. These sessions are a soothing in-person ritual away from the noise, blending calming breathwork and meditation with time to reflect, a warm cup of tea and thoughtful, grounding touches. Designed entirely around you, each session is shaped by your needs, intentions and preferences. Beginner friendly, adaptable and accessible.

From there, I’ll curate a thoughtful blend of meditation and calming breathwork techniques tailored to meet your needs and intentions.
Every practice is clearly explained, including the why and the how, so you feel informed and confident throughout.

A drink of your choice on arrival.
An invitation to reflect or journal (notebook provided if needed)

The Connected Pause invites us to collaborate by blending meditation and breathwork into your offerings to create meaningful, nervous-system-friendly experiences that linger long after they end.
Whether it’s a cosy indoor workshop, a wild outdoor ritual or a themed event, we’ll design something that reflects your work and deepens the experience for your community.

This is a collaborative process led by your vision, shaped with intention.
We’ll meet to explore your offering, audience and goals. From there, I’ll shape a bespoke breathwork and/or meditation experience that seamlessly weaves into your vision.
This might include:
• A grounding opening to help participants settle and feel comfortable, alongside gentle guidance on what to expect. This will include accessible education around the practices — demystifying the why and how through simple, science-backed explanations.
• Soothing breathwork and meditation techniques, thoughtfully chosen to align with your theme or intention. These practices are beginner-friendly, trauma-aware and inclusive, with optional space for journaling and reflection woven throughout.
• A closing integration, offering a sense of calm, clarity and connection. Participants will leave not only feeling restored, but also inspired and empowered with practical ways to carry these tools into daily life.
