Gut Feelings: The Winter Pause is a nourishing seasonal workshop designed to support digestion, soothe the nervous system and help you transition into the new year slowly and sustainably.

Ayurveda practitioner, Hannah will guide an accessible, practical gut health talk focused on gentle post-festive care. Together we’ll explore how to support digestion, reset the gut with ease and nurture the body through the winter months - without restriction, pressure or overwhelm.

Alongside this, meditation teacher and breathwork coach, Issy will lead beginner-friendly meditation, breathwork and gentle movement to calm the nervous system and reconnect body and mind. The practices are slow, grounding and supportive, aligned with the natural rhythm of winter — a season for rest, listening inward and moving gently rather than rushing ahead.

Gut Feelings: The Winter Pause is an invitation to step out of “new year, new you” energy and instead arrive exactly as you are. Expect a warm, calming atmosphere, thoughtful guidance and tools you can carry with you into 2026.
